From complete beginners to seasoned martial artists, our classes are designed to develop, challenge and inspire every student.
Little Warriors is our youngest class, a specially designed programme that introduces children aged 4 to 6 to the world of martial arts in the most positive, age-appropriate way possible.
Rather than formal techniques, Little Warriors sessions are built around games, fun challenges and imaginative activities that develop the foundational skills of martial arts (balance, coordination, listening, focus and respect) without the children even realising they're learning.
It's the perfect first step for any young child, and one of the most rewarding classes we run. Parents regularly tell us it's transformed their little one's confidence, behaviour and enthusiasm for learning.

Games, challenges & fun activities

Every session is built around games and activities that children genuinely love, making martial arts something they look forward to every week.
Structured activities develop the ability to listen, follow instructions and concentrate, skills that directly benefit them at home and in school.
Age-appropriate physical challenges improve motor skills, balance and coordination in a safe, encouraging environment.
Small achievements celebrated big, every child leaves feeling proud of what they've accomplished, building self-belief from the ground up.
Even at this age, children begin to understand the core values of martial arts, respect, kindness and good behaviour.
Little Warriors is the perfect stepping stone, by the time they graduate to Juniors at age 7, they're already confident on the mat.
Our junior classes are one of the most rewarding things you can do for your child. More than just martial arts, these sessions develop character, confidence and capability in a safe, fun and structured environment.
Children are taught by experienced, qualified instructors who understand how to engage young people and get the very best out of them. Progress is celebrated, effort is rewarded, and every child is supported at their own pace.
